I've been watching his videos for a couple hours and I just requested to join the group, so hopefully I'll be in soon. From watching his videos and other people who have tried this, it looks like starting off on the weekend will be my best bet. I'm going to be withdrawing from cigarettes, but I've quit quite a few times, so I'm familiar with that discomfort. However, during those withdrawals I always turn to food, so it will be interesting to see what kind of head space I end up in without that crutch.
I'm going to an event this coming weekend, but I think I'm going to go ahead and begin collecting the supplies, so I can start the following weekend. Thankfully there aren't too many items to remember lol!
