So last week on Monday September 30 my dog Pepper was still enjoying cooling off in her pool after our 20 minute walk.
Our afternoons highs have been 90-95 F!
The weather forecasters tell us that we have 2 cold fronts blowing in .
One tonight, Sunday; and one this Thursday.
I hope they are right, I'm really ready for fall weather!
Also the monarchs can't migrate south through Texas without a nice push from a cold front.
They actually use the fronts to make their way south.
I'm ready to photographs some monarchs!!
Here are some beautiful turks cap blooming in my neighborhood.
It attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.
