So Steemit finally, a smaller community as compared to the billion giants but some great and original contents around.
I got to know about steemit from a friend and there was nothing to stop me from joining this great place. Though this place is more about technical stuff (which I think initially) but I am more on the lighter side of life.
It all started with Vietnam, and then there was transit in Bangkok. The next year, I saved from my pocket money and went backpacking for a week to Malaysia - in a budget which everyone else said impossible. Trying to coverup my big country and a few immideate neighbours now.
When I was in hign school (and I liked history) I went crazy about ancient scripts (even learnt a few). Tracing their development, I learnt a many neighbouring ones (of Indian Subcontinent) and then a few distant ones too (Greek and Crylic). This script craze gradually shifted to languages - started with Spanish (still ongoing) and then a few more languages here and there (songs, movies). Now trying to be fluent (in speaking) in all the 6 languages I’ve learnt (already good enough with reading and understanding part).
I have evolved into a travel (and maybe language) -encyclopedia.
Now, I have always been interested in the digital world and steemit is a perfect combination of what all I like. Let's see what comes out of here for me and from me.
