Hola Hiverun Runners...

This morning I woke up early to run at GBK. I have been on a week off from running, so I had to run. I was excited today because there was a car-free day in the GBK area, so it would make the streets free of obstacles, and there would be many sports-related activities there such as aerobics.
When I arrived at GBK, I did this exercise. It is good for warming up and cooling down. After running 4 laps, I did this exercise because I needed to cool down.

Today, I didn't feel like my run was too hard, but the feeling of wanting to vomit when running came back. Maybe because my warm-up wasn't optimal or I just ate 1 hour before running. After that, I felt dizzy.
Running in the afternoon is very challenging. In addition, this area is not too crowded when it's hot so I can enjoy my run and not feel heavy. Is it possible that all this time it was too crowded so I felt like it was difficult to reach 1KM?

So here is my exercise result.
This Week Running

Distance: 4.15 KM
Time: 26:42 Minutes

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of them are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
