For Romania, at Viena it was an impressive voice, like a force of nature, a beautiful girl with long and black hair, ALEXANDRA CAPITANESCU from Galati. Her song had to be broadcasted all over Europe with great success.
Alexandra’s song was called “CHOCK ME” and was much appreciated by youngsters for its serious rock accents with intersections of hight opera notes. Although the superb song pleasantly was voted a lot, only accumulated 296 points. In the end we are surprised by the small points given by Moldova 3, Bulgaria0, Serbia0 ,Ucraine 0.
Should it be fear or hate, too bad for them. At Vienna, Bulgaria won with a cheerful and catchy song for dance and disco, but a bit commercial. The irony is that song is composed by a young composer from Romania. Congratulations for the trophy!
CHOKE ME - the Romanian’s song had a huge difference between the public vote that send it to the end of range in the third place and idiotic scores given by the countries above, out of frustration and envy. Romania was clearly at disadvantage but our Alexandra’s talent prevailed and she took third place out of 25 of countries. Many specialists of music have compared her with Lady Gaga and Maria Callas for her strong voice.
Well done to our beautiful and exceptionally talented girl, and very inteligent ,smart, girl. She graduated from the Faculty of physics and is preparing her master s degree in medical physics. Good luck in all areas of life.
We love and respect you our beautiful ALEXANDRA.
May God bless you and the Romanian people!
