800 g chicken fillet
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. l. tomato sauce
4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tbsp. l. teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. l. starch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
salt and red pepper to taste
6 tbsp. l. water

Chicken fillet cleaned from the films and cut into small pieces, folded into a bowl. Add the garlic and two tablespoons of soy sauce passed through the press, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes. Mix the remaining soy sauce, teriyaki, tomato sauce, water, ginger, cinnamon and starch in the bowl.
Heat the frying pan with olive oil and over a large fire fry the chicken to a ruddy color, stirring constantly and adding salt and red pepper to taste. Then carefully mix the sauce and the wick to the chicken, cook over medium heat until thick. Add the finished dish with chopped green onions and sesame.
