The sun was starting to go down. I was busy in my garden watering the flowers. Suddenly, I saw a bright golden light. A beautiful golden glow touched the green leaves and the colorful petals. It was so pretty that I stopped what I was doing.
I put down my water hose and ran to get my camera. I did not want to miss this moment.
The sky turned a warm orange color. The big sun looked like a giant gold coin in the sky. It hid behind the tall trees and the palm leaves. The branches looked like dark shadows against the bright light of the sun.
The clouds were soft and gray with yellow edges. Everything felt very peaceful and quiet.
In my garden, the orchids looked amazing. I took a photo of them as the sun moved lower. The flowers were dark silhouettes against the orange sky. The light made the edges of the petals shine. It was so mesmerizing. something I've never captured before.
As the minutes passed, the sun dipped lower on the horizon. The orange color became deeper and darker. Even the power lines in front of our house looked interesting in the sunset light. I guess anything can look amazing with the sunset behind it š
I am glad I stopped to look up. It was a simple but wonderful way to end my day. The garden looked like a dream in the golden hour.
Ohh, and I almost forgot about my flowers, I continued watering them after taking so many sunset photos. š
