Ingredients:
• 2 fresh beetroots
• 1 apple
• 1 carrot
• Half a lemon
• 1 glass of water
• Ice cubes (optional)
Preparation:
First, wash and peel the beetroot and carrot. Cut all ingredients into small pieces and blend them with water. Strain if needed, add lemon juice, and serve fresh with ice cubes.
