I woke up this morning to see the big 1000 on my screen. That's pretty sweet news because I was hoping to get 1000 followers before 2018.
Took me 15 or 16 months do it which probably kind of slow for Steemit standards but I pride myself on posting mainly actual news stories and current event topics which I know is not as easy to follow as someone that posts pictures and cooking recipes all the time. I enjoy controversial stuff I think it's the best part of Steemit because it won't be censored and there's a lot other folks on here that have great opinions about the stuff as well.
Ok, done gloating now. I know these x number of follower posts are a dime a dozen on here so that's why I kept it short.
