In this post I want to talk a little about self heal and resting. Sometimes no matter what we do, the task can be overwhelming and stressful. It can be from anything physical, mental, or even spiritual. Knowing when to rest and the right amount of rest can drastically benefit you. Here is a video where I talk a little more on the subject.
