Loy Krathong Festival in Thailand has just passed! It’s the day where we all (most of us, at least) go out and with this flower basket and float it in any form of water like, canal, river, and all that. It’s the way to show respect and appreciate the water god (yes..) and thank them for the water we still have for consuming. I went with a friend to pray respect to the buddha at this beautiful Golden Mount temple then go float a basket at Chao Phraya river ! It was a fun night! Check it out as I’m sure this is so uncommon somewhere else that’s not Thailand or neighbor countries :)
