Today I went for a walk on the beach—a friend picked me up, and we headed to the city’s urban beach, which is just a 12-minute drive from our home. We walked all along the beach, first on the sidewalks and then on the sand. The sun was really strong, so we decided to walk along the water’s edge—the wet sand makes it easier to walk. We walked several kilometers before reaching the spot where we sat down and then went for a swim; the water was warm and pleasant
This setting, with all its elements, brings me peace. I’m lucky to have it so close, so I take advantage of it and visit whenever someone can come with me. On Sundays, there are lots of people enjoying this little paradise. We left in the mid-afternoon; we couldn’t wait for sunset, which looks amazing here—maybe next time.
I hope I can come to this beautiful place every weekend. At night, I walked many blocks and ended my day relaxed and tired, ready for a good night’s rest. I hope the month of May brings me more joy than complaints. That’s all for now, my adventurous friends at Actifit.

Hoy me fui de paseo por la playa, pues una amiga me paso buscando y nos fuimos a la playa urbana de esta cuidad, nos queda a 12 minutos de nuestro hogar. Estuvimos caminando por toda la habhia, primero por las aceras luego por la arena, y la verdad que el sol estaba fuerte, decidimos caminar por la orilla la arena mojada es más lijero el paso, caminamos varios kilometros antes de llegar al lugar donde nos sentamos y luego nadamos, el mar estaba tibio y agradable. Este ambiente con todos sus elementos me da calma, soy afortunada de tenerlo cerca, asi que aprovecho y visito cuando alguien pueda acompañarme, los domingo hay muchas personas disfrutando de este paraiso. a media tarde nos vinimos, no pudimos esperar el atardecer, que aqui se ven estupendos, sera para la próxima. ojala todos los los fines pueda venir a este hermoso lugar, en la noche caminé muchas cuadras y terminé mi dia relajada y cansada para tener buens descanso.
