This is excellent advice. I have learned what you say to be true. If you do not put yourself first in a genuine way, of course we're not talking narcissism here, you have nothing to give to anyone. And, it is through this concept of "service to others" that we truly reap priceless rewards and a life beyond our wildest dreams. To be of service to others, you must first take care of yourself.
