There is wine, then there is great wine! Never in my life have I just had something so memorizing, that I will never forget the smell, nor taste for the rest of my life, besides cannabis. Which is the reason why I have fallen in love with this beverage made from rotten grapes. With beer it is just something you drink, but with wine you make love to. Yeah perhaps I am a bit crazy, but for you Winos out there, you know what I mean.
I picked this bottle up on the local BeVMo, and took a chance on getting this Chablis with some bottle age. So glad I did. It was in such a perfect spot, and TBH perhaps in the most perfect spot it can ever be in. Popped open late at night thinking I was only going to have a glass, but that changed quick. Guess it is true what they say, when you discover wine, you always end up loving Burgundy the best, CHEERS!
