Hello friends, today I come to share a design in mixed techniques that you made a couple of years ago, a rose with markers on a watercolor style background, I hope you like it <3
The materials I used were the following.
- 1st Part: Mongolian Pencil No. 2 and Draft .
-2nd Part: Oleos brand Marie's.
-3rd Part: Carbon paper, black marker Sharpie brand and eraser.
1st Part: The Sketch.
The sketch is made on an onion sheet or recyclable, draw the figure, position and the elements you wanted to take. I did not do it directly on the background sheet because with the oil the leaf became very weak and if I drew something I could not erase it and if I tried it surely broke, so I preferred to make the sketch separately.
2nd Part: Background
Be it done with Oleos, for lack of watercolors. The most advisable thing is that it is in watercolors and in a special paper for them, since in normal sheets they are damaged and deformed. In my case, because I do not have watercolors or watercolors, I did it with some old oils and normal paper, so I could not draw on the paper because it was very damaged. This drawing in summary was a jajj experiment. I diluted the oil a little until I had a consistency like watercolors, a gouache of color and with a brush of soft bristles I began to make the color marches leaving some parts darker than others, to give it a more interesting effect.
3rd Part: Layout Transfer and Redial
To finish with the sketch previously made on a separate paper, I made the sketch of the sketch on my sheet of color for this use a carbon paper, I overlay the sketch, the carbon sheet and the colored background behind, and highlight the sketch with a pencil, when applying pressure, the design is transferred to our bottom sheet and once this step is finished, remove everything and make sure that my sketch has been completely transferred. Then highlight everything with the black marker, apply the details, and voila (;
I hope you liked this illustration if so let me know in the comments, and also if you have any questions or recommendations you want to share with me, I would be very grateful, I hope we continue reading in the future and I invite you to follow my content, I will be sharing my Works explaining the process and techniques behind my drawings.
