I used to live near a steel bridge that crossed this river which is used as part of a biking/walking path that cuts through the southern stretch of town. The river runs from east to west, so if you're lucky you can catch awesome sunsets from this spot. Sights like this are very common there. In fact, the only oddity of this image is that he was the only one in it. It's usually not that quiet.
