Married Myanmar women must follow the following five marital duties.
ျမန္မာမ်ားသည္ အိမ္ေထာင္႐ွင္ ဇနီးမယားမ်ား မလြဲမေသြ လိုက္နာက်င့္သုံးရမည့္ က်င့္ဝတ္ငါးပါးကို သတ္မွတ္ထားသည္။ ထိုငါးပါးမွာ -
1.She must manage her home well.
2.She must keep well the wealth, earned by her husband.
3.She must not commit adultery.
4.She must not have partiality towards either her relatives or her husband's
5.She must not be lazy.
၁။ မိမိ၏ အိမ္ေထာင္ကို ေစ့စပ္ေသခ်ာစြာ စီမံအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ရမည္။
၂။ ခင္ပြန္းသည္ ေယာက်္ား႐ွာေဖြေသာ ပစၥည္း ဥစၥာမ်ားကို စနစ္တက် သ္ိမ္းဆည္းႏိုင္ရမည္။ ေလ့လြင္မႈမ႐ွိေစရ။
၃။ တစ္ပါးအျခား ေယာက်ာ္း တစ္ဦးႏွင္မ်ွ ေဖာက္လြဲေဖာက္ျပန္မႈ မျပဳရ။
၄။ မိမိတို႔အိမ္ေထာင္မွ တိုးပြားလာေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ားကို လင္ႏွင့္္မယား ႏွစ္ဘက္စလုံး မ်ွတေအာင္ ကူညီရမည္။ မိမိဘက္ကိုသာ ေပးအပ္ၿပီး ေယာက်္ား၏ ေဆြမ်ိဳးမ်ားအား ေလ်ာ့၍ေပးျခင္း၊ လုံးဝမေပးမကမ္းဘဲ ထားျခင္းမ်ိဳးမျပဳလုပ္ရ။
၅။ ပ်င္းရိျခင္း မ႐ွိရ။
Every Myanmar women knows how to weave clothes. Myanmar believe that even though a women has ten brothers and still unmarried is indecent in other's eyes.
ျမန္မာအမ်ိဳးသမီးတိုင္းသည္ ရက္ကန္း ရက္တတ္ရသည္။ ေမာင္ဆယ္ေယာက္ပင္ ႐ွိလင့္ကစား လင္က်္ားမ႐ွိေသာ မိန္းမသည္ တင့္တယ္ျခင္းမ႐ွိဟု ျမန္မာတို႔က ယူဆၾကသည္။
