All bow down to the WizardofCheeze! I goofed up my first time around the Steemit world and lost my password. Hopefully I don't let that happen again.
A little about me, I'm 44 and married for 15+ years. I have 4 boys from teen to toddler who keep me on my toes from morning to night. As a family we enjoy watching and playing hockey. Whether it's on the ice, on the roller hockey rink, in the street or on our dining room floor (we moved the table out so we can play floor hockey...we eat in the kitchen now) we love it.
Hobbies I enjoy and will write about:
Playing roller hockey in a beer league. I love the competition and the opportunity to get aggression out. Our team of old men "Goodfellas" just got bumped up to a more challenging division and we've responded well to the speed and skill. My favorite position to play is defense and I like to hop up into the play to take a shot or two on goal.
Playing disc golf. I've only been throwing for a few years but find it relaxing and rewarding. I can occasionally get one of my boys to go out with me and it usually makes for a great bonding time. It seems it takes a me nearly half a round to figure out what my successful technique is and by them I'm angry and one disc less in my bag because of the pond. Come to think of it it's not actually as relaxing as I stated. Don't listen to me.
Artistic expression through watercolor. Since I can remember I enjoyed sketching. Recently, I started learning how to watercolor and I love it. My main subject matter tends to be barns and forest scenes and I'm still working my own loose style. I usually start a painting very loose then start to think I need to add more and more detail with it eventually not looking how I intended. But I love it anyway.

Drinking bourbon. This is a new one for me and I'm fascinated by it. I frequent the Reddit sub where people review various bourbons. I have submitted a few of my own reviews so far. Thankfully I have a few friends that enjoy building a large collection of bourbons from which I can sample and review. Current favorite is Elijah Craig Barrel Proof.

Video games. I love playing FPS and RPG style games. I'm currently into Fortnite Battle Royale and Skyrim but find my time to play extremely limited. I've been sacrificing some other interests to get into Fortnite a bit though...which is nice.
