Hello everyone! In my last post, I told you about our day trip to Zacatlán de las Manzanas and announced that there was also a second part to this trip. That's exactly what we're talking about today, because just a few kilometres from the apple town is another Pueblo Magico with a special theme. In the following paragraphs, I will tell you about the beautiful Chignahuapan.

The bus journey from Zacatlán to Chignahuapan took just a few minutes and my girlfriend told me on the way that it was the Christmas capital of Mexico. And indeed, we could already see the huge Christmas tree in the city centre from afar and as we strolled through the first alleyways towards the centre, I realised how strongly the city is influenced by this theme. If you're looking for Christmas decorations, you've come to the right place.

Hello Hive account@worldmappin community! It's been a while! It's been over six months since the last time I posted in this community. A lot had happened lately including a Micro-papillary thyroid carcinoma diagnosis, a surgery, and the most recent one is a radioactive iodine therapy. I can't believe the year is almost over and I'm still here thriving each day!

Each morning, I feel extremely blessed and beyond grateful that despite all these I still get to do the thing I love the most, traveling. We'll get to the recent ones soon but for now, I'll take you to one of the destinations I've been to in my solo backpacking in the Southeastern part of the Philippines

What Comes in Brings us Back.

A beautiful Day out here in the middle of Kullu Valley, Somewhere beyond the Bijli Mahadev Temple (named the Place the same by the locals). Just right steep down to us was seen the end of Kullu Valley and seeing the left side was the end of the Kullu Valley.
