🥇 A Return to Smith Rock State Park (and Posting) 😁 by
After a long hiatus from long form posting I'm ready to dip my toes back into the pool. The subject matter is another place I haven't been to in a few years, Smith Rock State Park in Central Oregon. The park covers around 650 acres and I have explored only a very small portion of that. On this trip I venture into an area of the park I have yet to visit. So follow along as I share some pictures, videos, and thoughts about my short hike. 😀

🥈 A Sunday in Venice!!! by
if you have followed me in the posts that I have already published here, I am quite a museum nerd, so I took advantage of this Sunday. Since the first Sunday of the month you have free entry to state museums, I took the train and went to Venice to visit museums that I had never visited in my life. I thought I would find the world there and instead, let's say, there weren't that many people, it was quite liveable for being in Venice.

🥉 Pasovary by
May “started” with exceptionally sunny weather, which directly encouraged us to take a trip.Where this time? The choice fell on the extinct village of Pasovary, near the municipality of Světlík (South Bohemian Region), with a listed fortress. As you can see in the photos, the fortress is in a neglected and even dilapidated condition. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to enter the crumbling walls. However, visitors to the fortress can enter the secured Gothic cellar, where there is a small exhibition with a drawing of the fortress and several photographs of the extinct village.
