🥇 The Cold War Museum , Žemaitija National Park, Lithuania. by grindleHive account@grindle

The base consisted of four silos all inter-connected by underground tunnels to the central command centre. In the event of war the whole base could be hermetically sealed off and the crews could have held out underground for two weeks.

🥈 El Viejo Molinero del Estado Mérida | The Old Miller of Mérida State 🌾 by noalysHive account@noalys

The mill was powered entirely by water and wind, and the Peton wheel, once the clean wheat had passed through, would move toward the elevator, cup by cup, collecting the clean wheat and sending it to the larger cycle located at the bottom.

🥉 [ESP-ING] Visiting the Cacao Art Gallery by yolimaragHive account@yolimarag

At the back of the monument, in a corner, there’s a small dome-like structure housing the Cacao Art Gallery, featuring photographs of people who live along these coasts. I was able to take photos of some of them—all so beautiful. At night, it must be a cool spot with a breeze, because even though the sun was out and strong, you could feel the coolness of the space. In that back area, I saw that they’re building a small observation deck, I’m sure of it.
