People need to know sometimes it is good to change. We need to come out of our shells. It is always easy to go on with what you are doing . Don,t be afraid of the unknown.
That said , don't be to complacent either . Always plan ,plan and plan again . But when the opportunity comes and you know the pros and cons , jump into it.
