Its my ALL-TIMES favourite Chinese food.
This dish is quite rare and you don't normally find it outside restaurant, unless it's special festival season and mostly it's homemade!!!
Which means if you really want it, you must pre-order from specific restaurants or do it yourself !!!
This is perhaps one specialty/signature of Hakka cuisine.
You don't really need a lot of dishes, just one of this plus rice and you're good to serve for a meal that is fulfilling and satisfying.
