Recently I have felt more affected than normal by a toxic social environment that many will not understand but living in Venezuela I experience it very often, the mere fact of going out and seeing people is depressing, faces that betray loneliness, sadness, despair, apathy. Sometimes I feel contagious of everything that happens around me that makes me feel vulnerable, I feel that way because I do not usually ignore things, I am an empathic person and I also perceive very quickly the emotions of others.

They will read part of a reality and first of all for those who do not know the motivation is an internal state that directs our behavior to achieve certain goals or satisfy certain needs. When we set a goal or feel a need, motivation is the driving force that allows us to take the necessary actions.

The most common example that I see every day that for many is considered motivating, because they only focus on it: street vendors multiplied since the morning and for the rest of the day on the street selling products to survive. The work of many became to sell food or carry passengers in any type of vehicle because there is simply no public transport and it is useful to charge more to obtain cash.

The lack of motivation, on the contrary, is the lack of those reasons to guide our behavior, it is the loss of enthusiasm, the disposition and the energy to carry out certain activities. It is a feeling of hopelessness and pessimism that arises when we face certain obstacles. Obviously, it is a very limiting inner state that can even block us emotionally.

The most common example that I see every day: thousands of teenagers who do not have an interest in applying to university after finishing high school, many of the university students leave the university in the middle, I even know people who have done it for the simple fact of not have cash or food.

I tell them, we are not exempt from being infected with negativity but the important thing is to fulfill the goals. In spite of everything I have told you, I personally still have motivation and not for what surrounds me, but for the visualization of what I want for myself. In itself, studying here in Venezuela seems to make no sense, you realize that when you are about to finish the race all the plans you had made you have to cross them in your country because the reality is simply different.

For a student who is just beginning it would take him an eternity to finish his career, in Venezuela there are few professionals left, the rest has become a fishbowl of ill-intentioned people who only feed greed, go out on the street is to meet Many people like that. Most of the professionals have left, we are few and in the streets only the evil arises.
