Hello my dear community, today I bring you an easy and simple recipe to make sautéed zucchini and shrimp.
Prawns are an excellent source of high quality protein and several important vitamins and minerals; They are low in calories and do not contain carbohydrates. It must be said that although the cholesterol content of prawns is significant, they also contain fatty acids such as Omega-3, which are heart-healthy.
A prawn is one of the most consumed seafood around the world, because it is a crustacean with a characteristic appearance of reddish or pink, which besides being delicious, is full of properties and nutrients.
Sautéed zucchini and prawns
2 servings
1 zucchini
4 large mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
200 grams frozen prawns
1 parsley sprig
olive oil
salt and pepper
20 minutes
a.-We clean the mushrooms well and then chop them into slices, cut the ends of the zucchini and also cut them into not very large pieces, peel the garlic and cut them into slices.
b.-We put a pan on the fire with three tablespoons of oil and, we put the garlic, we let them end without burning.
c.-When we have the garlic ready we add the mushrooms and sauté them a few minutes.
d.-After these we add zucchini, salt and pepper to taste, we let them be done.
e.-When they are almost done add the peeled prawns and let them about 3 minutes to make.
f.-When they are done add a little chopped parsley very fine, we give a few laps to mix everything.
g.-And when we have everything well mixed we remove from the fire and serve.
