Found this printed on a piece of cardboard behind a framed 1920s photograph (1 of 2). What's strange is, it was actually PRINTED, not drawn. So it doesn't seem like mere doodling. However, I wasn't able to locate any info on this "Acztec Andy" comic character. So who knows...
