As indicated in post #2525, this address used to be in Wilmington, California. But apparently - 60+ years later - that's no longer the case. According to Google Maps, it's now in Carson, California and there's no "½" to be found (http://bit.ly/2IDqtlm). Not sure if one of these houses in this second picture is the same one the Laneys stayed in. But that's what's there, now.
