but we are only looking for a year on the ethics bottleneck
The number must be written with 4 digits
If no one gets the right answer,
the one closest to the number will win the competition
If several guessed the correct year,
a draw will be made where one becomes the winner of 20 STEEM
The competition will end midnight on the 2nd of January 2019
and the winners will be announced in a new post
