As you may be aware I am always on the lookout for new interesting cryptocurrency projects.
Today I want to talk about ADK.
Until now the two most interesting projects to me were Byteball and Iota.
Both use a brand new technology that has yet to be proven (tested by the masses to be sure they work 100% as intended). The underlying technology is called Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG).
(source: https://byteball.org/)
Basically it neglegts a blockchain but requires every participant to confirm several transaction on the DAG. There much more to it, if you are interested read this article: http://www.tangleblog.com/2017/01/03/byteball-vs-iota-token/
Byteball is especially great because of its free airdrops to bitcoin holders and relatively fair and slow distribution.
Iota to me seems to have some centralization issues and an already very high market cap. It could however become the new machine-standard in the not-so-distant future, if everything works as intended/promised.
Anyway, just recently I came accross an other very interesting DAG based project called Aidos Kuneen (ADK)
They have a great looking working wallet (https://github.com/AidosKuneen/aidos-wallet/releases), a market and an exciting roadmap ahead. Some of the most exciting upcoming features that are under actual developement already, similar to Byteball but with some nice additions:
- no fees for transactions
- anonymous
- encrypted chat
- licenced casino
- licensed bank (!)
- quantum secure
More info can be found in their slack or on twitter: https://twitter.com/Aidos_kuneen
Only market right now is: https://aidosmarket.com/
And their github: https://github.com/AidosKuneen
I will definitly keep an eye on Aidos Kuneen and keep you updated if interesting developments are released.
This is not investment advice. I bought some ADK myself, although this project is really early stage and probably can be considered quite risky. Please do your own research.
