Before I continue my mining-review posts I wanna share with you what we had for dinner today and give you a simple recipe.
My girlfriend isn't much of a fish-eater, but she loved this one.
This is for 2 persons:
Setup some rice of your choice for cooking. I personally love wild rice that I boil for maybe 15 minutes. Then I add some white rice and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
At the same time use 300 - 400 gram of salmon and fry it in a pan using only moderate heat. After maybe 6 minutes add apple-slices and crunshed chashew. Optional: some fresh chili.
When the salmon is medium done, add some salt.
That's it.
Very simple and quickly done, but healthy and very tastey.
