Wearable technology is the future, whether we like it or not. And poised to take a big bite out of the Augmented Reality market is Lucyd.
For those of you who don't know, these guys are developing blockchain-integrated smartglasses for use with Augmented Reality applications. The glasses are used to interact with the coin's decentralized marketplace.
The founders over at Lucyd are doing a Reddit AMA on Thursday, February 22nd at 12:00.
Answering questions will be CEO Clifford Gross, CFO Konrad Dabrowski and Media Lead Harrison Gross.
Here's some quick facts about the company:
- Their parent company, TekCapital, is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange
- TekCapital specializes in bridging the gap between university research and enterprise
- Lucyd owns the rights to 13 different optics patents that they'll use in the development of their smartglasses
- They have over 7 Ph.Ds on their team
- They are currently running an ICO which ends on February 28th
Want to know more? You can head over to their website and take a look. If you're so inclined, you can also participate in their ICO from there.
Also, they are doing a bounty program for their AMA. Anyone who asks a well-thought out question about the company will receive a bonus of 20 LCD tokens. Be sure to head over to the Reddit IAMA sub and look for their thread on February 22nd at 12:00 PM (noon).
