Good morning Steemians!
I had a gloomy post yesterday. It pertains to my hiatus last week and about writing as it becomes as burden for me when it's supposed to be therapeutic. I had to let it all out.
Now, it seems that there's a 180° turn. That's because while I wrote that gloomy post, I was in a beach resort in Carcar City, Cebu, witnessing the dawn as it slowly transformed the landscape. I had that privilege to reassess my thoughts again, while being away from the bustling and fast paced life in the city.
I realized that everything is just a phase. There's no permanent or fixed situation. Everything is transcient and I should ride with that movement. I was reminded that no matter how dark the world is during the night, dawn will always break that darkness and bring light once again.
Everything was slow and steady. It reminds me that I should also take it slow and let it all be in its own time. No one's racing with me. I have to take everything at my own pace for there will be a day of its own unfolding.
This post will serve as a gratitude for reminding me that mornings will always come even after a very long night. I'll just dump these photos here.
Good morning!
With so much gratitude,
Kim
