Hello, hello my loves! I tell you that yesterday the 5k of the Heroes Somos Todos race was run in the city of Cumaná and it was, as always, a wonderful experience that I shared with 
On Sunday we attended the event with a lot of enthusiasm. We all came out with a lot of energy to run and walk. I walked this time. I have an injury that I have been trying to ignore, but on the day of the race it took its toll, because I started to run, slipped, because it was raining and I felt a strong pull in my left foot that really did not allow me to continue.
In fact, I had to stop for a while to let it go, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the race. I took a deep breath to let the frustration go away. I decided to stop Strava and took pictures of my running buddies who, by the way, I hadn't seen in a while. Seeing them again reminded me of old times. The atmosphere that day was great, the guys offered impeccable attention and organization and were always smiling.
After that the kids ran around and so did the puppies. I could not take pictures, because I needed to sit for a while. After that, the dance therapy started which was quite good and then the Taebo. I enjoyed both activities a lot, although I couldn't do them as I wanted to. I couldn't jump as much as I wanted to.
When everything was over, Toñita, myself and some friends walked to the bus stop, took the bus and went home. We all lived this experience in a different way, but the enthusiasm and excitement to the top, because each time we dare to participate in new challenges and continue to add health and laughter to our lives.

¡Hola, hola mis amores! Les cuento que ayer se corrieron los 5k de la carrera Héroes Somos Todos en la ciudad de Cumaná y fue, como siempre, una experiencia maravillosa que compartí junto a 
Esta es la 3era edición de esta carrera. Se hace con la intención de recaudar fondos para los perritos y gatos que necesitan de la mano de todos. Esta carrera fue organizada por los chicos y profesores de la Universidad Católica Santa Rosa (UCSAR).
El domingo asistimos con mucho entusiasmo al evento. Todas salimos con bastante energía a correr y a caminar. Yo caminé en esta oportunidad. Tengo una lesión a la que he querido ignorar, pero, el día de la carrera me pasó factura, porque me puse a correr, me resbalé, porque estaba lloviendo y sentí un tirón bien fuerte en el pie izquierdo que, en serio, no me permitió seguir.
De hecho, tuve que pararme un buen rato para que se me pasará, pero eso no impidió que disfrutará la carrera. Respiré profundo para que se me pasará la frustración.
Decidí parar la Strava y me dedique a tomarles fotos a mis comperos running que, por cierto, tenía tiempo que no veía. Verlos nuevamente me recordó los viejos tiempos. El ambiente que se vivió ese día fue genial, los chicos ofrecieron una atención y organización impecables y siempre estaban sonrientes.
Después de eso los niños corrieron y también los perritos. No pude tomar fotos, porque necesitaba estar sentada un rato. Luego, comenzó la bailoterapia que estuvo bastante buena y después el Taebo. Ambas actividades las disfruté un montón, aunque no pude hacerlas como yo quería. No podía saltar tanto como hubiese querido.
Al terminar todo, Toñita, yo y unos amigos caminamos hasta la parada, agarramos el bus y cada quien para su casa. Todas vivimos esta experiencia de forma distinta, pero el entusiasmo y la emoción al tope, porque cada vez nos atrevemos a participar en nuevos retos y seguimos sumando salud y risas a nuestra vida.
