Hello my dear friends. Today I cooked the Tabbouleh salad.
It’s the Ukrainian version of the famous and tasty salad. 20 minutes and you’ll get this easy to cook dish. First of all, I prefer couscous. Bulgur is also used for this salad. So, take about a glass of couscous, 3-4 tomatoes, 1 lemon, salt and pepper, olive oil. Parsley is used in the original recipe, but today I got only dill and green onion. And it’s tasty!
