I really liked this Idea of Decorating the desk, other countries where they celebrate Halloween decorate their houses, do dramatizations, even offices are motivated to decorate with this theme, that's why I decided that the Diy I do Halloween will be to decorate my desk.

This Diy is from a Pumpkin Garland that I love a lot, I made it using the materials I already have, recycling some objects and looking for items in my stock to be able to make the craft. Now, let's begin...

Me gustó demasiado esta Idea de Decorar el escritorio, otros países donde celebran Halloween decoran sus casas, hacen dramatizaciones, incluso las oficinas se motivan a decorar con esta temática, de ahí que decidí que los Diy que haga de Halloween serán para decorar mi escritorio.

Este Diy es de una Guirnalda de Calabaza que me encantan mucho, lo hice aprovechando los materiales que ya dispongo, reciclando algunos objetos y buscando elementos en mi stock para poder hacer la manualidad. Ahora, comencemos...

On the blank sheet I drew my pumpkin, I cut it out since it will be my template to make them.

En la hoja en blanco dibujé mi calabaza, la recorté ya que ella será mi plantilla para hacerlas.

Now with the template cut out (it is the same but I put it upside down) I cut 5 rectangles in the black cardboard and 5 squares in orange cardboard, the latter does not need to be considered the top of the pumpkin, since it will only make it the bottom of his face.

Ahora con la plantilla recortada (es la misma pero la puse al revés) corté 5 rectángulo en la cartulina negra y 5 cuadrados en cartulina naranja, esta última no es necesario que se considere la parte de arriba de la calabaza, ya que solo le hará el fondo de su rostro.

Now, if I cut out the shape of the pumpkin template in the black cardboard, and in the orange cardboard an oval shape for the background of the face.

Ahora, si recorto en la cartulina negra la forma de la plantilla de la calabaza, y en la cartulina naranja una forma como de óvalo para el fondo del rostro.

With the cutter I cut out the shape of the eyes, the nose and the characteristic dark smile of the Halloween Pumpkin.

Con el cuter recorté la forma de los ojos, la nariz y la sonrisa tenebrosa característica de la Calabaza de Halloween.

With the glue stick I stick the orange oval on any of the faces of the pumpkin. This step could be done leaving the whole pumpkin black and cutting out the eyes, nose and mouth in orange, which would save a lot of material, but I like the way I did it because it gives a depth effect that seems pertinent to me since This Pumpkin is black because that is how they look at night and when they are illuminated from the inside, the background is then orange.

Con la pega en barra pego el óvalo naranja en cualquiera de las caras de la calabaza. Este paso se podría realizar dejando la calabaza negra entera y recortando los ojos, la nariz y la boca en color naranja con lo cual se ahorraría mucho material, pero me gusta como lo hice ya que da un efecto de profundidad que me parece pertinente ya que esta Calabaza es negra porque es como se ven de noche y cuando se alumbran por dentro, se ve entonces naranja el fondo.

Now I'm going to make the bats, I drew the size I wanted the body or head and then I drew a wing next to it. I folded the sheet to cut so that the shape comes out complete and equal on both sides.

Ahora voy a hacer los murciélagos, dibujé el tamaño que quería el cuerpo o cabeza y luego dibujé una ala al lado. Doblé la hoja para recortar y que salga la forma completa e igual en ambos lados.

I cut 4 rectangles out of black cardstock, which is the space that the bat design occupies, and cut them out.

Recorté 4 rectángulos en cartulina negra, que es el espacio que ocupa el diseño del murciélago, y los recorté.

I drew some circles on the blank sheet, I painted another black circle on them, these will be the eyes, I cut them out. I also made them in two sizes to give each one a nicer and different look. I glued them using the glue stick.

Dibujé unos círculos en la hoja en blanco, les pinté otro círculo negro, estos serán los ojos, los recorté. También los hice en dos tamaños para darle un aspecto más simpático y diferente a cada uno. Los pegué usando la pega en barra.

I had this metal bar for a long time, I think they were from a school flag, and since the guard always has it, well today it worked for me. I tied the black cord in different sizes, 9 strips in total for the 5 pumpkins and the 4 bats.

I also tied one end to end to hang the bar on the wall.

Esta barra metálica la tenía desde hace tiempo, creo que eran de una bandera escolar, y como el que guarda siempre tiene, bueno hoy me sirvió. Até el cordón negro en diferentes tamaños, 9 tiras en total para las 5 calabazas y los 4 murciélago.

También até una de extremo a extremo para colgar la barra en la pared.

In each strip I hit with the hot glue gun, the pumpkins and the bats interspersing them.

En cada tira pegué con la pistola de silicón caliente, las calabazas y los murciélagos intercalándolos.

I did not place these Christmas lights on the materials, since it is totally optional, but I used them to decorate my desk, since they are Christmas lights but they are all orange lights, so it was inevitable not to use them in this Desk Decoration project With Halloween Theme, I loved the coincidence.

Now ready, I want to present my Halloween Wreath Project, already set on my desk.

Ahora ya listo, quiero presentarles mi Proyecto de Guirnalda de Halloween, ya ambientada en mi escritorio.

I love incorporating lights because for me Halloween has an aura of mystery and the lights give it, in fact that's why they illuminate the inside of the pumpkins to decorate. If you notice, I'm also using yesterday's popcorn box project, I just didn't use its background and it looks great, you can put some lights inside to make it stand out even more.

Me encanta incorporar luces porque para mí Halloween tiene un aura de misterio y las luces se las dan, de hecho por eso alumbran las calabazas por dentro para decorar. Si se fijan estoy usando también el proyecto de ayer de la caja para cotufas, simplemente no usé su fondo y queda muy bien, se le pueden poner unas luces adentro para que resalte aún más.
