- 3 lonjas de jamón ahumado, 1 lonja de queso amarillo, 1 huevo, 1 ramita de cebollín, 2 ramita de cilantro, sal al gusto.
- 3 slices of smoked ham, 1 slice of yellow cheese, 1 egg, 1 sprig of chives, 2 sprigs of coriander, salt to taste.

- Colocar las lonjas de jamón alrededor de la base redonda refractaria o también puede ser metálica.
- Place the ham slices around the round refractory base or it can also be metallic.
- Colocar la lonja de queso en el medio.
- Place the cheese slice in the middle.
- Agregar el huevo sobre el el queso.
- Add the egg on top of the cheese.
- Rociar sal al gusto.
- Sprinkle salt to taste.
- Hornear por 15 minutos, o hasta el punto que quieran el huevo.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or to the point they want the egg.
- Cortar finamente el cebollín y el cilantro.
- Finely chop the chives and coriander.
- Emplatar y decorar con las ramitas verdes.
- Plate and decorate with the green twigs.
