Hoy con nueva receta, llegó el mes de Diciembre fecha de navidad y año nuevo y aquí les traigo una idea diferente para comer sabroso; preparé un "Sandwichon con Ensalada de Pollo", una comida para compartir entre familiares y amigos. Espero les guste esta idea y lo disfruten.

Today with a new recipe, the month of December arrived, the date of Christmas and New Year and here I bring you a different idea to eat tasty; I prepared a "Sandwichon with Chicken Salad", a meal to share with family and friends. I hope you like this idea and enjoy it.

- 10 rebanadas de pan de sandwich, 1 papá, 1 zanahoria, 1 taza de pollo sancochado, 2 cucharadas de mayonesa, 1 trocito de pimentón rojo, 1/2 cebolla, 1 cucharadita de mostaza, 1 ají dulce verde.
- 10 slices of sandwich bread, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 cup of boiled chicken, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 small piece of red pepper, 1/2 onion, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 sweet pepper green.

- Pelar la papa y la zanahoria, cortarlas en cuadritos y llevar al fuego hasta que estén blandas, colar y reservar.
- Peel the potato and the carrot, cut them into squares and bring to the heat until soft, strain and set aside.
- Cortar finamente el pimentón, cebolla y ají dulce.
- Finely chop the bell pepper, onion and sweet pepper.
- Desmenuzar el pollo.
- Shred the chicken.
- Colocar en un tazón las papas y zanahorias, el pollo, los aliños cortados, 1 cucharada de mayonesa y la cucharadita de mostaza.
- Place in a bowl the potatoes and carrots, the chicken, the chopped dressings, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and the teaspoon of mustard.
- Mezclar todo para integrar los ingredientes.
- Mix everything to integrate the ingredients.
- Cortar los bordes de las rebanadas del pan.
- Cut the edges of the bread slices.
- Y colocar 2 rebanadas en una bandeja plana.
- And place 2 slices on a flat tray.
- Cubrir el pan con una capa de la ensalada.
- Cover the bread with a layer of the salad.
- Alternar las capas hasta terminar las rebanadas.
- Alternate the layers until the slices are finished.
- En la última capa de pan cubrir con una cucharada de mayonesa.
- On the last layer of bread cover with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Decorar con tiritas de pimentón rojo y aceituna rebanada.
- Decorate with strips of red pepper and sliced olives.
