◆White bear photo stand◆
Hello!
I will make a stained glass photo frame from now.
Please enjoy how to make it.
This time it is "white bear pictures stand".I was a little surprised, but the customer sought healing in the white bear.I had no idea to design a white bear.
This is the finished design. How is healed?
◆白くまのステンドグラスデザイン◆
フォトフレームの作り方をまとめてみました。
これを見ていただければ、すべての工程が理解できます。
今回制作するのは「白くまの写真立て」です。
意外な注文に少し驚きましたが、「きっと白くまに癒しを求めているのかな？」と勝手に考えて、少しゆるい感じの白くまにしましたw
出来上がったデザインはこれです。

I will copy two copies of this design.1 sheet for pattern paper, 1 sheet for base paper.
このデザインを２枚コピーします。
一枚は型紙用、もう一枚台紙として使用します。
Put a double-sided tape on the back side.I will paste it on the glass later.
型紙にする方には裏面に両面テープを貼ります。
後でガラスに貼り付けて使います。
It is easy to cut pattern paper normally, but not when making stained glass.
I will have to remove 1 mm of the thickness of the tape wrapped around the glass afterwards.There is a scissor for stencil for paper pattern.This automatically pulls out 1 mm.
この型紙を普通に切るのは簡単ですが、ステンドグラスを作る時は、後からガラスに巻くテープの厚み分1ミリをぬかないといけません。
ステンドグラスの型紙用ハサミがあります。
これは自動的に１ミリ抜いてくれます。
But I do the same without using this.
It will look something like this.You can see the gap between seeing it.
The next time I choose glasses and cuts.
でもこのハサミは若干１ミリより多く切り落とすように感じて、制作の時だけ神経質になる私はこれを使わず普通のハサミで１ミリ抜きます。
こんな感じですね〜
よく見ると1ミリ抜けているのがわかります。

Let's cut the glass.
I selected the glass of the photo frame with the image of the North Pole.
I made the basic white, but I will combine various glass.
いよいよガラスをカットしましょう。
フォトフレームのガラスは北極のイメージで選びました。
白をベーズにしましたが、地味にならないように色々なガラスを組み合わせます。
Put the pattern paper on the glass and cut it.
作った型紙をガラスに貼ってカットします。
I cut the glass.Sharpen to fit with the paper pattern.
こういった感じにカットしました。
これを型紙とぴったり同じにするために削ります。
I will scrape with this machine.
このダイヤモンドルーターで削ります。
I shaved them all.
全部削ってみました。
It is like this when removing the paper pattern.
型紙を外すとこのようになります。
Wrap the copper tape around the glass.After winding the tape, hold it with a spatula so as not to peel off with heat.
これに銅のテープを巻いていきます。
テープを巻いたら、熱で剥がれないようにヘラで押さえます。

テープを全て巻きました。
◆Soldering◆
The reason why we wrap a copper tape is because we can not put solder directly on the glass.
Wrap the tape around all the parts like this.
◆ハンダ付け◆
なぜ銅のテープを巻くかというと、ガラスに直接ハンダをつけることができないからです。
このように全部のパーツにテープを巻きます。
I will stop with trees so as not to move.
ずれないように木でとめます。
I will melt the lead with iron and put it on the tape.
コテで鉛を溶かしてテープに乗せていきます。
Apply chemicals and bond copper and lead.
薬品を塗って銅と鉛を接着させます。
I put lead on the whole.
全体に鉛をつけました。
It assembled.
立体にしました。
The lead attachment is over and it is completion.
鉛付けも終わりいよいよ完成です。
Dye it black with chemicals so that the lead wire is conspicuous.
It gets black soon, it's strange feeling.
鉛線が目立つように薬品で黒く染めます。
あっという間に黒くなって、不思議な感じですよね。
It was completed.
I hope the customer will be glad.
