كما يعلم الجميع فإن خبراء و أساتذة مجال التنمية البشرية في تدهور خطير خصوصا في بلادنا و العرب عامة ، التنمية البشرية ذهبت مع الأولين و القدامى لأن الإشكال هو أن مدعي التنمية البشرية يتلقون التدريب لمدة قصيرة جدا وبعد ذلك يتصدرون الدورات ويفتون في كل شيء. في نظري إن لم يتمكن الفرد من علم النفس فلا مجال لأن يتحدث في أشياء ليست من اختصاصه. كل ما يقوم به مدعي التنمية البشرية هو دغدغة مشاعر الناس. بالإضافة إلى أن حديثهم يفتقر إلى المادة العلمية ويتضمن الكثير من المغالطات والتناقضات. بالنسبة إليهم النجاح هو النجاح المادي فقط. بخصوص السعادة كلهم يتحدثون عنها ولا دراية لهم بماهيتها.اقرأ كثيرا لعلماء النفس . أثار انتباهي قول Martin Seligman حين قال قال إنه بعد أكثر من عقدين من الزمن انه من الممكن له أن يتحدث عن السعادة. وهو غني عن التعريف. ونحن يأتي من هب ودب ويتكلم عن السعادة. كفى من دغدغة مشاعر الناس. اتقوا الله في مشاعر وأموال الناس. و هذا هو حالنا في معظم الدول
