Translation for alchemy_cms project to Simplified Chinese - part 4

I have recently been translating alchemy_cms project from English to Simplified Chinese. It is a large size project, containing approximately 1200 strings. Since my last batch translation, I have translated about 250 strings and finished 100% of the translation work.
