3.500 ml water
4.cooking oil
To make this cake we have to makes it's rice flour firs

First, prepare rice than soak overnight and than drain.
Second, the rice is pounded into the flour and than the flour sifted until smooth
Third,dry the flour until dry and sift back to get a really smooth flour
** how to make karah cake **
-- prepare a clean container put sugar and rice flour in the container and add water little by little than stir until the dough is evenly and thickents
Put the dough into the mold and rotate the mold around the skillet that contains hot oil
Fried until done,than lift and drain.
Shape karah cake according to taste
