Confused heart.
—Your way of writing and expressing yourself... —He said once again. - ...for some reason I can't get you out of my mind.
Cornelius looked straight into his eyes, leaning from the balcony to understand the words of that man who expressed himself more and more sincerely.
—What makes you believe that what you feel also runs inside me? —He replied to that revelation.- What makes you think that I could...
Victor breathed a sigh and walked slowly to the balcony, his features intensified when he received the light of that full moon that appeared from above and Cornelius could not avoid that unknown feeling full of tranquility that presented itself when looking at his eyes, which made him turn his gaze in another direction.
—Cornelius... —Victor said, slowly taking his right hand.- I know it may be something strange and difficult to understand, but I love you and you know that...
—Shut up Victor once and for all! —Cornelius shouted between confusion and pain.- We can't feel this! The simple fact of thinking that two men can be together is... is....

—Look around you! —Continuo Victor.- We are alone, there is nothing to fear. Things can go on like this until we can tell the world.
A silence of a few seconds was formed and Cornelius no longer had words, his gaze was lost in the gaze of that man and within himself his heart beat to the point of no power.
—I love you Cornelius. —Musito Victor evoking a smile on his own face.- I love you and I will fight for what I feel for you.
Cornelius closed his eyes and said in his mind those same words "And I to you Victor...". Standing there on the same balcony under the same full moon, the room looked empty and gloomy. The old age had been taken for granted in Cornelius' skin and his memories were the only thing that accompanied him in his solitude. A withered and unhappy solitude that he repented of all his life by not expressing the right words at the right time. A happiness wrenched away by fear of what they might think without thinking about what he might have felt...
