You know, it is easy to forget that STEEM-IT is one of the decentralized applications on the STEEM blockchain. Having been my gateway to the blockchain, one might think STEEM-IT actually IS the blockchain but we come to realize it isn't. I am making fewer of my blog posts from this ineterface because of the other great DAPPS but still feel like STEEM-IT is home.
Some Shots from Yesterday's Adventure
It was a snowy one that had the birds and many residents in their nests but not me.
The main destination was the cafe where the kids could paint their very own hot-chocolate mugs. This one is the older one and her rendition of what I think is a cockatiel? She has gotten into pencil drawing and finished this off with a little "squawk!" for her bird as well as an inspirational saying in the bottom of the mug.
My other one opted for the gamer mug to prove to me once again, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
I got a couple more thousand steps in wandering a little while they painted. This is the snowy sign of a friend's awesome lounge called Okazu. I am not sure if I have 
A couple places were closed and I found myself pondering where I should go for a pint. It smacked me right in the face that a craft brewery called Herald Hause is right on the square and I hadn't tasted their IPA yet. To my surprise, they had a very nice Vermont Style IPA on tap on a very limited run. Perfect for a little break.
That is about all the pics I snapped but shows you how I brought steem along with me and am using STEEMit to share it to the blockchain.
