During Chinese New Year time, we also make a lot of dumplings. So it is quite common to have fried dumplings as a quick breakfast. Today, I fried the pork and chives dumplings we made last night.
农历春节期间,家家都会包很多水饺,所以早餐做煎水饺真的是又方便又好吃。我今天就煎了昨天做好的猪肉韭菜水饺。
Ingredients:
Frozen dumplings
Cold water 150ml
Methods
1 add some oil into the non-sticky pan
2 add the dumplings and fried for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden
3 add the 150 ml water into the pan and boil on high heat until the water dries.
4 Enjoy!
材料
冻水饺
冷水 150 ml
做法
1 在不粘锅里加一点点油
2 加入水饺,底部贴锅子排列好,煎1-2分钟知道底部金黄
3 加入150ml冷水,大火烧到水干
4 开吃吧!
