That Saturday I remember we wanted to taste something very new!
So after surfing the internet for a while we stumbled upon this Nigerian recipe. It was exotic, and unique enough to prepare and it this African delicacy in the south of China!
So once we were sure that we would have been able to find all the ingredients at the close by Wall Mart store, we proceeded with the grocery first, and with the preparation later.
I've never tasted these pies in Nigeria, but after that day we cooked them several times more.
They are delicious! The meat sauce inside with potatoes and carrots is simply delicious, and the dough outside, prepared with margarina is a bit sweat and reminds cookies taste.
They need to be baked to get ready, and worth at least a try!
