Hello everyone, this is my very meaningful visit when I was in Banda Aceh, Indonesia...

The Aceh Tsunami Museum consists of four floors. Upon entering the museum, on the ground floor, there is a peace bridge or bridge that is considered a hope by the people of Aceh after the 2004 tsunami.

A feeling of admiration began to take hold when I was greeted by the majesty of the building that caused curiosity about the manufacturing process and what was inside the building. How not, this eye is fixed on the motif of the facade of the building which is an image of rattan woven with the method of nesting, as if it invites this logic to think how such a large motif can be made with a locking system, truly an architectural work of great value. Upon entering the eye, you will be rocked by the beauty of the pool with a bridge in the middle leading to the second floor. on this ground the feeling of fear turned into feelings of emotion, sadness and reminded me how small we are in front of the Almighty Creator, with a series of photos, dioramas, and all that speaks of the enormity of the tsunami that struck this city, Exactly 18 years have passed.

The time has come for me to be on the 2nd floor, the weather that day was very hot when I was in this place, But I tried to take a short walk from the 2nd floor roof to capture the time of my visit to take a closer look at the view from the roof of the Aceh tsunami building...

Still on the 2nd floor, when I saw the view of the red and white flag flying, right in front of the courtyard of the aceh tsunami museum, at that time I was still on the 2nd floor. The red and white trumpet floated even if time burned my skin a little, but I remained patient. because red means my blood and white means my soul.! Stay friendly and spread peace to all...

Many green trees grew in the courtyard outside the tsunami museum when I captured the moment. still on the 2nd floor...

As I mentioned earlier, the Aceh Tsunami Museum has 4 floors, from the first floor to the 4th floor, you will find a narrow corridor with the sound of walls roaring from the water on both sides as if we remembered the enormity of a tsunami. On the 3rd floor, you will find a geology room, a library, and a small prayer room, but I tried to enter on the 3rd floor the security guard came to see me and said that the room on the 3rd floor is being cleaned... Then my wish to enter the 3rd floor is lost...! As for the upper floor, namely the 4th floor, it is generally not open to visitors because the 4th floor is used as an emergency relief site if at any time the tsunami disaster occurs again.

All right, folks, it’s a little story about a meaningful visit when I was at the Aceh Tsunami Museum until I decided to go down again to say goodbye to the house, but before I decided to go home, I also did not forget to capture moments of beautiful scenery what I saw outside the page of the tsunami museum at that time, as seen below...

We appreciate you giving us your time. I really do hope it will be beneficial.
