I bet that with this you already know my nationality, and yes, I am Venezuelan. I have always lived in the eastern part of the country, specifically in the state of Anzoátegui. So, I feel that this beautiful place is my second cradle.

Apuesto a que ya con esto sabes mi nacionalidad, y sí, soy venezolana. He vivido siempre en el oriente del país, específicamente en el estado Anzoátegui. Así que, siento que es este hermoso lugar mi segunda cuna.

I live in a house with a large patio that I call "My Personal Forest", due to the variety of trees in it. I love nature and animals, so in my cell phone gallery I always have a million photos about it, the sunset, places in my city, and many other things.
Vivo en una casa con un gran patio al que llamo “Mi Bosque Personal”, debido a la variedad de árboles que hay en él. Amo la naturaleza y los animales, así que en la galería de mi celular siempre tengo un millón de fotos sobre ello, el atardecer, lugares de mi ciudad, y muchas otras cosas.

As you can see, I like photography, but also the arts in general, especially writing, music (I love to sing, even though I don't do it very well, besides that, I compose some songs that I never publish), drawing, and the painting. Although, I do not limit myself, any activity that catches my attention, I will do it.
I consider myself a free soul. A kind of tele-hippie, because I'm not a fan of his ideas. However, I characterize myself for having my own critical thinking, and being in favor of a healthier life, avoiding stress, or looking for ways that this does not affect my life.
In addition to this, I believe that happiness lies in doing what you love, and feeling good about yourself.
Como verás, me gusta la fotografía, pero también las artes en general, sobre todo la escritura, la música (amo cantar, aunque no lo haga del todo bien, además de ello, compongo algunas canciones que nunca publico), el dibujo, y la pintura. Aunque, no me limito, cualquier actividad que llame mi atención, la haré.
Me considero un alma libre. Una especie de tele-hippie, debido a que no soy partidaria de sus ideas. Sin embargo, me caracterizo por tener un pensamiento crítico propio, y estar a favor de una vida más saludable, evitando el estrés, o, buscando formas de que esto no afecte mi vida.
Además de ello, considero que la felicidad radica en hacer lo que amas, y sentirte bien contigo mismo.

I have a T.S.U. in Business Administration. Currently, I am doing a bachelor's degree in the same career, only, with a mention in Human Resources Psychology and social issues attract my attention. Also, along the way I realized that I wanted to know more about human talent management. In addition to this, at the age of 26 I have 5 years of work experience in this field.

Tengo un T.S.U. en Administración de Empresas. Actualmente, estoy realizando una licenciatura en la misma carrera, solo que, en mención Recursos Humanos. Me llama la atención la psicología, y los temas sociales. Así como también, en el camino me di cuenta de que deseaba saber más sobre la gestión de talento humano. Además de ello, a mis 26 años tengo 5 años de experiencia laboral en esta rama.

But how does an administrator get to web3?
I love writing since I was a child, so I'm always writing some verse. Therefore, in 2019 I started writing poems on Sttorybox, thanks to a friend named Samuel who recommended the platform to me. Then Storybox stops working, and I discover Steemit. The first blockchain with a totally innovative concept. I fell in love with the idea of making money doing what I love!
But don't make a penny on it. I didn't know how to get people to read me. So I continued my way on other platforms like Read Cash, Medium, and others. In 2020, I discovered Hive Blog, and that's when I realized that thanks to my Steemit account I already had an account here. This information was made known to me by my friends at a distance from Telegram groups.
Marvelous! Now I have a free account and in seconds. There was only one detail, I had no resources to publish. Until now. That's why I'm so late on it.
If you view my profile, you will see two posts from three years ago. These migrated from my Steemit account to Hive Blog.
Pero, ¿Cómo llega un administrador a la web3?
Amo escribir desde niña, así que siempre ando escribiendo algún verso. Por lo que, en 2019 empecé a escribir poemas en Sttorybox, gracias a un amigo llamado Samuel que me recomendó la plataforma. Luego, Sttorybox deja de funcionar, y descubro Steemit. La primera blockchain con un concepto totalmente innovador. ¡Me enamore de la idea de ganar dinero haciendo lo que amo!
Pero no gane ni un centavo en ella. No sabía cómo hacer que las personas me leyeran. Así que continúe mi camino en otras plataformas como Read Cash, Medium, y otras. En 2020, descubrí Hive Blog, y fue cuando me percate que gracias a mi cuenta en Steemit ya tenía cuenta acá. Esta información me la dieron a conocer mis amigos a distancia de grupos de Telegram.
¡Maravilloso! Ahora tengo una cuenta gratuita y en segundos. Solo había un detalle, no tenía recursos para publicar. Hasta ahora. Por ello me retrase tanto en ello.
Si visualizas mi perfil, verás dos post de hace tres años. Estos migraron de mi cuenta en Steemit a Hive Blog.

I usually post poems, and fragments of verses on my blog on Medium. I also have a book under construction on Wattpad, called [Crimson Skin](https://www.wattpad.com/story/299535279-carmes-skin%C3%AD). To this I will make some modifications to my published poems. I am also creating new poems for him in my notebook. Hoping to finish it this year.
I wrote a short thriller on Read Cash, and from there I took a liking to writing stories. The title of the story is Ask Pedro
In content creation:
I usually create written content. I love writing, reading people's comments with their diverse opinions, and this whole world full of creativity. I know that writing is a powerful form of communication, capable of giving a strong message to society, in the same way, it can generate changes in it. That's why I write, this is my inspiration. Contribute my grain of sand to society.
In addition to this, I want to make myself known as a writer, and for this I use social networks. Although I know that in today's world other media must be covered, such as audiovisuals. So I want to expand a bit more by starting to shoot videos for my YouTube channel and Tiktok.
I know as a busy person that it is easier to play a video while cooking, studying, writing, or doing any activity. So it is an advantage to produce content in these media.

Ya te conté que amo la poesía, por eso me inscribí en un concurso de poesía y gane el segundo lugar en la categoría juvenil. Te dejo acá toda la historia en mis blogs:
Suelo publicar poemas, y fragmentos de versos en mi blog en Medium. También tengo un libro en construcción en Wattpad, llamado [Piel Carmesí](https://www.wattpad.com/story/299535279-piel-carmes%C3%AD). A este le haré algunas modificaciones a mis poemas publicados. También estoy creo nuevos poemas para el en mi libreta. Esperando terminarlo este año.

En la creación de contenido:
Por lo general suelo crear contenido escrito. Me encanta escribir, leer los comentarios de las personas con sus diversas opiniones, y todo este mundo lleno de creatividad. Sé que la escritura es una forma de comunicación poderosa, capaz de dar un mensaje contundente a la sociedad, del mismo modo, esta puede generar cambios en ella. Por eso escribo, esta es mi inspiración. Aportar mi grano de arena a la sociedad.
Además de ello, quiero dar a conocerme como escritor, y para ello uso redes sociales. Aunque sé que en el mundo actual hay que abarcar otros medios, como el audiovisual. Así que quiero expandirme un poco más empezando a grabar videos para mi canal de YouTube y Tiktok. Sé cómo persona ocupada que es más sencillo reproducir un video mientras cocinas, estudias, escribes, o realizas cualquier actividad. Por lo que es una ventaja producir contenido en estos medios.
