DELICIOSO RISOTTO EN FORNO D’ORO 🍚 😋[ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos de Hive food, este es mi primer post en este comunidad y esta vez les traigo una excelente recomendación de un restaurante en Barquisimeto - Venezuela si quieres comer comida al mejor estilo italiano como: pizzas, pastas, risottos, entre otras platos, el restaurante se encuentra ubicado en el segundo piso del centro comercial Ciudad Llanero, en plena avenida Lara entre calles 3 y 4.

El restaurante fue escogido por mi prima y sus amigos, quienes estaban saliendo de su defensa de tesis como médicos cirujanos, de los cuales les hablaré a detalle en un próximo post, fuimos a horas del medio día para un almuerzo y realizar un brindis por la meta lograda, al ser una reservación ya ellos habían coordinado un menú con los platos que a ellos les gustaban mas, los cuales fueron muy bien escogidos porque todos se veían deliciosos.

Yo ordené un risotto de lomito, ya que la verdad era la primera vez que probaba este plato en mi país y quería comparar con un risotto que ya había probado en Ecuador, adivinen ¿cuál me gustó más? Jaja sin duda alguna el risotto del restaurante Forno D’Oro estuvo más rico, era más cremoso por lo que lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, para acompañarlo ordene una limonada con yerbabuena, la cual estaba rica y muy refrescante, para el calor que había estuvo perfecta.

La decoración del lugar es muy bonita y elegante, los platos salían a tiempo y muy bien presentados, los precios están acorde a lo que vale este tipo de comida en restaurantes extranjeros, si eres de Venezuela puede que pienses que están un poco caros pero el precio vale la pena, fue sin duda una muy buena elección de restaurante por lo que es una muy buena recomendación si quieres comer comida de estilo italiano en Barquisimeto - Venezuela. Hello friends of Hive food, this is my first post in this community and this time I bring you an excellent recommendation of a restaurant in Barquisimeto - Venezuela if you want to eat Italian style food such as pizzas, pastas, risottos, among other dishes, the restaurant is located on the second floor of the shopping center Ciudad Llanero, in the middle of Lara Avenue between 3rd and 4th streets.

The restaurant was chosen by my cousin and her friends, who were coming out of their thesis defense as surgeons, which I will talk in detail in a future post, we went at 12:00 for lunch and make a toast to the goal achieved, being a reservation they had already coordinated a menu with the dishes that they liked the most, which were very well chosen because they all looked delicious.

I ordered a tenderloin risotto, because it was the first time I tried this dish in my country and I wanted to compare it with a risotto I had already tried in Ecuador, guess which one I liked the most? Haha without a doubt the risotto of the restaurant Forno D'Oro was richer, it was creamier so I recommend it with my eyes closed, to accompany it I ordered a lemonade with mint, which was delicious and very refreshing, for the heat it was perfect.

The decoration of the place is very nice and elegant, the dishes came out on time and very well presented, the prices are according to what this type of food is worth in foreign restaurants, if you are from Venezuela you may think they are a little expensive but the price is worth it, it was certainly a very good choice of restaurant so it is a very good recommendation if you want to eat Italian style food in Barquisimeto - Venezuela.
