By understanding it, you become the owner of your circumstances. It is definitely not about what happened yesterday, but about what you will do today regarding the rest of your life.
When we are worn out, with anger, with everything worn out, with that bitter feeling that nothing changes and that everything doesn't matter to us. This pain is valid but it cannot paralyze us, because if everything remains the same outside of us, something must change inside of us.
We cannot control power, but we can control our response.
Our emotional key is that our life is defined by what you decide to do today with what you have, with who you are with what you dream, stop. Or let our personal purpose die. And when someone steals your motivation, don't give up, keep growing, forming, fighting from your space, your trench, your history because that also signs part of your resistance.
The truth is that there are voids that make no noise, but wear out. There are doubts that do not paralyze, but they push you to live in automatic. And there are stages of success in which you do not recognize yourself.
This is exactly what we see many times, when professional success does not cancel the emotional void. You can be shining at your job, achieving goals, being applauded by everyone, and still ask yourself inside: "Where am I, in all this?”that I don't see myself.
Questioning this thing I'm talking about puts us on the path to understanding and saying sensibly.
And when all this happens, because it's going to happen, I wish that they find me well planted to move on without breaking me, without breaking me.
It is essential to learn to see this stagnation not as an end, but as a signal for introspection. Looking inward always invites us to straighten the path. We often think that if we don't act according to what others say, the world will come crashing down on us.
Feeling that your life is stagnant is common: you feel motionless while the world moves on, trapped by fear or fatigue. To recognize it is brave, it is to live from our own decisions and learn to say: "Get over there", step aside that this thing you say and do does not go with me, without feeling guilty.
Let us not forget that hope is not naivety, it is an emotional strategy. And resilience in these times, is a form of power.
Life is splendid with me and I thank him daily. I am currently training swimming to feel functional, strong and healthy, I am doing it at night and I don't want to burn my skin so much, and that I use sunscreen, I keep creating the habit of swimming at night because the climate in my city is intense, for some reason they call this state Zulia "the land of beloved sun"... I am still the owner of my circumstances, it will always be like this.
Nice day. Janitze 🌹
