#250KCHALLENGE WEEK-1, DAY-1
Just finished Day 1 of #krisgethin 4 Weeks 2 Shred program I'm starting this transformation journey in the worst shape I have been in a long time! Starting 2017 with 101kgs at 30% body fat and 29% muscle mass. My goal is to be 85 kgs at 20% body fat and 35% muscle mass. Being a part of this amazing fitness commuity will help keep me accountable and on track with my goals.
